Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items with minor or major damage caused after delivery
- Unsealed or opened items
- Used items
- Items without proof of purchase
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
